These Vendor / Seller Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Trendiostyle and the sellers or vendors who list and sell products on the Trendiostyle platform. By registering as a vendor and listing products on the platform, the vendor agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies issued by Trendiostyle from time to time.
To sell products on Trendiostyle, vendors must complete the seller registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information including identity verification documents, tax registration details, bank account information, and any other documents required for verification. Vendors represent and warrant that they are legally authorized to conduct business and sell the products listed on the platform.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate vendor registrations at its sole discretion if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their seller account. Vendors must ensure that the information displayed on the platform, including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory availability, is accurate and regularly updated.
Any misuse of the vendor account, including unauthorized access or fraudulent activity, must be immediately reported to Trendiostyle.
Vendors may list products for sale on the platform in accordance with the categories and listing guidelines established by Trendiostyle. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listed products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.
Products listed on the platform must be genuine, authentic, and legally permitted for sale. Vendors must not list counterfeit goods, prohibited products, or items that violate trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to remove or suspend any product listing that violates platform policies or applicable laws.
Vendors are responsible for setting accurate prices for their products and ensuring that the inventory information displayed on the platform is correct. Vendors must update product availability regularly to prevent order cancellations due to stock shortages.
Trendiostyle may implement pricing policies or promotional programs that vendors may choose to participate in. However, Trendiostyle reserves the right to suspend listings that involve misleading pricing or pricing manipulation.
Vendors are responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders within the timelines specified by the platform. This includes packaging products securely, arranging shipment through approved logistics partners, and ensuring that orders are dispatched promptly after confirmation.
Vendors must provide accurate tracking information for shipments and ensure that products are delivered in good condition. Failure to fulfill orders within the specified timeframes may result in penalties, order cancellation, or suspension of vendor privileges.
Vendors agree to comply with the return and refund policies established by Trendiostyle. When a customer initiates a return or refund request, the vendor must cooperate with the process and provide the necessary approvals or clarifications.
Vendors are responsible for accepting eligible returns and resolving issues related to defective products, incorrect shipments, or damaged items. Refunds may be processed in accordance with the platform’s refund procedures.
Trendiostyle may charge vendors certain commissions, service fees, transaction charges, or logistics fees for using the platform. These charges may vary depending on the product category, promotional programs, or other services utilized by the vendor.
Vendors agree that Trendiostyle may deduct applicable fees, commissions, penalties, and taxes from the payments due to the vendor before transferring the remaining amount to the vendor’s registered bank account.
Payments for completed orders will be settled to the vendor after the successful delivery of the product and after the applicable return window has passed, unless otherwise specified by Trendiostyle.
The settlement amount will be calculated after deducting applicable commissions, service fees, shipping costs, taxes, refunds, and other applicable charges. Vendors must ensure that their bank account details provided to Trendiostyle are accurate to avoid delays in settlement.
Vendors retain ownership of their brand names, trademarks, and product images provided to the platform. However, by listing products on Trendiostyle, vendors grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and promote the vendor’s product content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
Vendors must ensure that all content provided for product listings does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Vendors must maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct while using the platform. Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, manipulate product reviews, misrepresent product details, or attempt to bypass platform policies.
Any vendor found engaging in such activities may be subject to account suspension, listing removal, financial penalties, or permanent termination from the platform.
Trendiostyle operates as a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between vendors and customers. While the platform provides tools and services to support sales, vendors remain responsible for the quality, legality, and fulfillment of the products they sell.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to monitor vendor performance and enforce policies designed to maintain customer trust and platform integrity.
Trendiostyle may suspend or terminate a vendor account if the vendor violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, fails to fulfill orders consistently, or fails to comply with applicable laws or platform policies.
Upon termination, vendors may lose access to their accounts and product listings, and pending settlements may be processed in accordance with applicable policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendiostyle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor activities, product listings, or sales conducted through the platform.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Trendiostyle harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor’s products, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to update or modify these Vendor Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email, and continued use of the platform after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts as determined by applicable law.
